The Springs Golf Club hosted the Autumn 3 Ball Alliance. 22 teams entered this last County fun competition. Although the weather was not kind to us mid afternoon the winning team of Judy McCairns,and Lynne Borton (pictured with president Maggie Edwards) and Rosemary Caunt had an amazing score of 84pts. The Seniors Cup was held at Witney Lakes Golf Club on Monday 16th September although there was a small field of 14 players. The course was in good condition and the scores reflected that. Dianne Taylor was the winner of the Senior's Cup and Crawley Cup with an amazing 40pts. A rolling buffet of salmon, hams and quiches followed by meringue and raspberries was enjoyed by all.

Ann Starkey Trophy Finals The Ann Starkey semi final and final was played at Carswell Golf Club on August 21 with Burford beating Frilford Heath and Oxford Ladies beating Drayton Park in the morning. The final was very closely contested with Burford winning the second match, then Oxford Ladies levelled the match, so it was all down to the first match out. President’s Trophy Semi finals & Final   The Presidents Trophy semi finals took place at North Oxford GC on Monday August 19th with Frilford Heath playing Studley Wood and Henley playing The Wychwood in the morning.
